    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18929">r4mb0</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10175<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2015 at 22:36<br /><br />Pozdrav, kao što ste i prema naslovu mogli naslutiti, zanima me kako da ojačam stisak šake, koje vježbe su dobre za to...<div><br></div><div>Naime, problem mi je najveći što se toga tiče na mrtvom dizanju, jer čim pređem težinu od 100kg jedva napravim 2-3 ponavljanja i onda mi već šipka spadne na prste pa moram koristiti gurtne za bezveze pa bih htio nekako ojačati taj stisak šake da nemam veće probleme pri mrtvom dizanju...</div><div><br></div><div>Hvala&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /></div>]]>
