Ako nemate whey protein možete i jogurt staviti umjesto njega.<br>Za drugi obrok je isto OK ako nemate vremena napraviti sendvič od raženog kruha sa kuhanom šunkom+neko povrće unutra<br>]]>

Na faksu sam ujutro,popodne doma radim,al to radim tek sada zadjih mj dana,prije sam bio u stanu,samo jeo,pio i evo stigao je rezultat..</div><div><br></div><div>Istotako imam curu,17.5 godina, malo se udebljala, 163cm,63kg...&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Sada bi nam trebala prehrana za cijeli dan.. Sta da jedem ja ujutro kad sam na faksu,a sta ona koja je u skoli i ima odmor u 10,a budi se u 6:45 i u 7:30 ima bus. Ja ustajem u 6 i mogu jest recimo 6-6:40..&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Popodne radim fizicki posao i nemam vremena za rekreaciju.. Htio bi da mi neko napise plan prehrane ili nesto slicno za mene i nju..&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>P.S ja nevolim sir,mljecne namaze..&nbsp;</div>]]>
