   <title>ajmo se malo utegnuti : Razmisljala sam o blazoj verziji...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=26642">jute</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10133<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2015 at 19:02<br /><br />Razmisljala sam o blazoj verziji dukan dijete, znaci prehrana na bazi proteina i povrca, takoder bez voca ne ide :D a sto se tice vjezbe, ovako sam to zamislila: 20 ak min kardio, pa nakon toga vjezbe za ciljane misice, jedan dan noge, drugi ruke i prsa... i tako svaki dan-dva. Ma citala sam stvarno dosta o tome i znam, ali nekako mi se nije dalo na dugacko i na siroko pisati (dalmatinski mentalitet, sta ces&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley16.gif" border="0" alt="Cool" title="Cool" />)&nbsp;]]>

Neuredni studentski zivot doveo me do 3 kg viska i sad je red prid lito da to skinem i da se utegnem. Inace sam visoka 160 cm i tezina 55-56 kg, upisala sam teretanu i zelim promijeniti plan prehrane. Samo eto triba mi poneki savjet za prehranu, te &nbsp;koje vjezbe da radim, zelim istaknuti svoj pjescani sat koji se skriva ispod cvaraka na struku&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley30.gif" border="0" alt="Pig" title="Pig" />.&nbsp;]]>
