Previše ce biti pauza (svaki drugi tjedan). Pauza (od tjedan ili dva) se uzima kod pretreniranosti,a ovakvom dinamikom ne vjeruejm da ceš puno postici jer ce se tijelo naviknuti i na taj ritam. <br><br>Važno je mijenjati nacin treninga, to svakako, ali radije promijeni intenzitet i volumen nego&nbsp; ubacivati&nbsp; dodatne tjedne pauze. <br><br>Ako vec želiš kombinirati intenzivne treninge i odmor probaj sa full body-em (primjerice 3 x tjedno full body a ostale dane odmor). Dodatni tjedni odmora kao što ti predlažeš ti nece bit potrebni.<br>]]>
