Možda još nije ni vrijeme al radije bih pitala odmah nego da još mjesec dana bezveze treniram&nbsp;<img src="https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></div><div style="line-height: 16.7999992370605px; : rgb251, 251, 253;">Visoka sam 170cm i imam 54 kilograma i imam tzv. skinny fat sindrom ( u deficitu sam s misicnom masom ali nemam pretjeranu kilazu ) i izgledam si odlicno obucena al cim se skinem sve se treska&nbsp;<img src="https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" border="0" alt="Dead" title="Dead" />&nbsp;Citala sam da bi trebal sagorit preostalo salo i nabit misice te da je najbolje da se koncentriram na snagu i ne radim previse cardio. Tako da sam pocela radit doma treninge ( uglavnom se sluzim youtubeom npr women workout channel i tako to ) . Mjesec dana skoro svaki dan treniram i kako nemam skoro nista misica nisam mogla koristit utege no ima par dana sam pocela i to raditi( krenula sam u teretanu).Na prehranu se trudim paziti koliko mogu ali priznat cu da nisam sad bas pretjerano disciplinirana mada svakako pojedem nesto proteinsko nakon treninga. Imate li kakav savjet? Koliko ce mi trebati da izgradim misice i mogu li u isto vrijeme gubiti salo i dobivati misice? Koliko trebam trenirati i koliko dugo,sta,kako, plz help&nbsp;<img src="https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />&nbsp;svaki savjet je dobrodošao!!!</div>]]>
