Bilo kakav savjet je dobrodošao!!!</div>]]>

S druge strane korigirati nešto možeš, pogotovo ako si gladan ili ti nešto drugo ne odgovara. Ali ne zamaraj se detaljima, odradi dobro trening i drži se što kvalitetnijih namirnica, no neboj se ni onih malo manje kvalitetnih tu i tamo ;) Ako trening odradiš doma pojedi odmah neki obrok sličan onome prije treninga i super. Ja bi sardinu ostavila za neke druge obroke, možda obrok nakon tog :)</div><div><br></div><div>Na kraju svega.....imaš tu prostora za još jesti po mome :)</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>

A i nije to neka količina... neces napravit paštetu u kanti od pet litara. 2 jaja, konzerva tune i neka količina sira... Pa to smaknes za dva obroka max.]]>
