    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=25242">Quablock</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10052<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2015 at 08:32<br /><br />Evo me nakon višemjesečnog izbivanja&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /><div><br></div><div>S ljetnim vrućinama sam prestala vježbati, ali ne zato što nisam htjela, nego zato što mi posao odnosi 80% vremena u danu, ostatak se oporavljam i trudim se provesti ga u dobrom društvu. Pazila sam na prehranu i više-manje se cijelo vrijeme vrtila oko -12 kg.</div><div><br></div><div>Napokon, stigao je rujan i kako je posla/umora sve manje, tako se postupno vraćam orbitreku i hodanju, trčanju, planiram i plivati koliko mi vrijeme vani dopusti. I ako tuna može stajat 5 godina u konzervi, može i 5 sati u torbi. Provjereno govorim iz iskustva, pogotovo ako smiksaš doma tunu, slanutak, krastavce... začine, uzmeš sa sobom jogurt i peliješ kad ideš jesti. Ne bude se ništa pokvarilo.<br />Ja čitav dan provedem van kuće s hrpom hrane u torbi i ništa do sad nije ostalo pokvareno. Jedino nebi riskirala s posnim sirom, ali samo zato jer ne volim topli sir, inače je jestiv :D<br />Ma sve je jestivo, to što nije fino kao kad je svježe napravljeno je već druga priča. I definitivno je bolja opcija nego keksi.<br />Također skuhana zobena kaša s voćem i orašastim može stajati koliko hoćeš i po vručini.]]>
