Sva sreća da si dobila samo 1 kg ;)<br /><br />]]>

Vjerojatno sadrži i whey i kazein i protein jaja. To je dobra kombinacija za popiti u međuobroku (pogotovo ako neko vrijeme nakon njega nećeš stići jesti) jer će te spori proteini dosta dugo držati. <br /><br />Pogledaj koliko u sebi ima ugljikohidrata? O tome ovisi je li bolji za npr doručak ubaciti mjericu (ako ima više uh) ili za večeru (ako je manje uh)]]>
