    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=775">jakov</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1003<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2008 at 09:50<br /><br />&nbsp;imam š3 godina,46,5 kila(premalo<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0">) i malo slal na trbuhu.Jel mi možete predložiti neke vježbe za povecanje mišicne mase(trbušni mišici,ali najviše ruke),koje dodatke prehrai da uzimam(ako uopce treba,svaki puta poslije treninga,treniram vaterpolo,pojedem jednu proteinsku cokoladicu sa šš g proteina).Kao šta sam rekao,treniram vaterpolo i 6x tjedno uz vaterpolo,još vježbam š sat(trbušnjake,sklekove,cucnjeve i leđnjake) no na rukama skoro uopce nema nikakvog pomaka što se tice povecanja mišice.]]>
