pa da nista jabuka isto mozes i npr.bananu,jagodu,dinju,lubenicu nema razlike probaj!jedino sto je banana vise vlaknasta a i mozda najbolja za prije teretane...

Grozdjice ili suhe sljive su najbolja solucija ako mislis uzimati nesto prije treninga a da ne zadires u dodatke prehrani.

ja smatram da je banana odlicna jer se najbrze apsorbira i najbrze dobijes energiju! Pa ne jedu uzalud u sred meca tenisaci banane nego je jedu da bi brzo opet dobili na energiji

ja sam cuo da je grozdjice dobro jest poslije treninga, al nemam pojma nisam bas ja to sad proucavao nego sam samo slucajno negdje procitao

Dobro je pojest malo prije treninga ali ako ne uzimas glukozu poslije treninga onda je dobro ih ubacit i poslije treninga.

 Prije treninga uzimas samo zato da bi ti malo napunilo glikogenske zalihe i malo podiglo snagu i dalo motiv
Mozda ti jesi jaci ali ja sam ludji
