Ajde da si i ovu temu pokrenuo pa da te pitam - kako u "našoj" tablici piše da purece bijelo meso ima 230 kcal, a u svim drugim tablicama piše oko šš5....?

Tnx na linkovima. Gledao sam malo, pureca prsa imaju oko šš5kcal..
No u raznim tablicama piše da puretima ima oko 230kcal ..nisu prsa..

 FITTOVCI zanima me koliko otprilike kalorija imaju ovi moji obroci,ja sam racunala pa me zanima da li je ispravno...

D:zobene s mlijekom 0.9 mm(40gr zobenih š.5 dl mlijeka) oko 300 kcal

M:naranca oko 70 kcal

R:frape od jogurta,banane,kruške i mandarine oko 3 dcl 250 kcal

M:bijela kava s pola dcl malo masnog mlijeka oko 30 kcal

V:riblja juha s 30 gr riže,riba mol na lešo i prije spavanja caj bez šecera oko 300kcal

 pozdrav, trebam pomoc ....

nova sam u tom racunanju kalorija, pa bolje da pitam nego da si nešto zeznem sama....

š. imam š82 i 67 kg i po onom kalkulatoru ispada mi da mi je bazalni metabolizam š530... jel to znaci da ako želim gubiti kile trebam jesti oko š300 kalorija dnevno ( ne bavim se nikakvim sportom  pa sam onaj bmr množila sa š,2 ) ?

2. ne znam baš racunati precizno tj. znam ako pojedem npr. narancu, jaje ili nešto drugo što mi piše u tablicama , no mucim se kad trebam procijeniti koliko kalorija ima u tanjuru kad je neka kuhana hrana....
pa ako netko ima volje i vremena može pogledati primjer mog racunanja i reci mi što radim krivo...hvala unaprijed!

znaci:

2 narance š60 kcal
pola krafne ( ) oko 200
manja punta kruha s posnim sirom oko 250
banana š00
malo grožđica 50-ak

e sad ono što nikako ne znam izracunat ... pola tanjura kuhane cikle s manje od pola tanjura kuhanog krumpira i žlica maslinovog. oko 300 ???

zasad je to sve....al' namjeravam jesti još nešto ( malo badema i lješnjaka oko š50 i vjerojatno neko povrce i posni sir ili jaje )

jel to ok?

(strah me da si ne usporim metabolizam ako radim nešto krivo, a opet nemam pojma ...i  navikla sam jesti svako malo nekakvo voce ili nešto sitno pa ne znam jel si štetim ako to izbacujem....)

p.s- inace, nije mi svaki dan isti no trudim se ˝kontrolirati˝ broj, npr da nisam danas pojela tu krafnu uzela bi 2 banene ili nešto drugo (imam naravno i dana kad se ˝pocastim˝ necim gorim, al' ajde, nije baš strašno) , trudim se ne jesti kruh baš cesto, a meso ne jedem jer sam vegeterijanac,....

ne, to znaci da š530 kalorija trošiš bez da se kreceš

kad dodaš svakodnevne aktivnosti na to... ovisno kakve su.. ta brojka se popne gore
